The Brentwood Regatta will be tweeting the race results via Twitter at http://twitter.com/bcsrowing. Follow us to get the latest news from the regatta including race results, entertainment, events and much more.

Filtering

Tip: Use a Twitter application like Tweetdeck (http://tweetdeck.com) to filter a Twitter feed.

1. Sign up for a Twitter account.
2. Follow the bcsrowing Twitter account.
3. Install Tweetdeck.
4. Login to Tweetdeck.
5. Click on the filter button at the bottom of the page and enter your club's abbreviation (see right).

iPhone

There are many iPhone Twitter apps out there. Echofon is a simple, easy to use, FREE, iPhone app that will allow you to "check friends/replies timeline, check direct messages, send a reply and/or a direct message, and search."

Cell Phones and Mobiles

The best way to get results on your cell phone is to open a web browser and navigate to twitter.com/bcsregatta. Twitter automatically detects your mobile phone and will display a cell phone friendly version, it's that easy.

Laptops

Brentwood is a wireless campus and will provide free wireless internet access throughout the regatta. Just connect to the regatta network and browser to the regatta website or twitter.com/bcsregatta for instant results.

Firefox Addons

Twitterfox is a free add-on for the Firefox web browser that makes accessing your Twitter info one click away while you browse the web. "This extension adds a tiny icon on the status bar which notifies you when your friends update their tweets. Also it has a small text input field to update your tweets."

Search Club Results

Click on a club abbreviation to search Twitter for that club's results.
